Grow With Us
Rising Leaders Academy is an on-campus educational program that is designed for dedicated Messiah Lifeways team members to identify their strengths and build competence in leadership.
Additionally, the program helps build a greater understanding of the senior living industry and embracing the values and culture of Messiah Lifeways.
Since the program’s start in 2020, more than 50 team members have completed the Rising Leaders Academy program.
ADDITIONAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
Apply for educational assistance of up to $2,000 per fiscal year to cover the cost of tuition as you advance your education.
If you are accepted into the Nurse Aide Sponsorship Program, Messiah Lifeways will pay 100% of your training costs to become a CNA, in addition to an adjusted pay rate while attending classes.

The Loop & Paycom
The Loop is our internal hub designed to keep team members connected, informed, and engaged. Through the app, team members can easily share updates, collaborate across teams, and stay in the know—no matter where they are.
You’ll also have access to Paycom, an easy-to-use employee self-service app that puts you in control of your own HR information. From viewing your pay stubs and managing your benefits to requesting time off and updating personal information, Paycom makes it simple to stay connected to everything you need—right from your phone.
