Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Cold Foam

This cold foam is balanced with warm cinnamon flavors, giving you a good excuse to enjoy your iced coffee or cold brew year-round. Silky and just sweet enough, this recipe is a simple treat to top off your early morning brew or midday pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Serves: 1

1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, milk, and heavy cream.
2. Using a milk frother (or a small whisk if you don’t have a frother), froth for 30 seconds—or until the mixture is thick and silky. It should roughly double in volume and hold soft peaks.
3. Spoon the freshly prepared cold foam over an iced coffee or cold brew of your choice. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon on top.

COLD BREW & ICED COFFEE TIPS

• Quick Iced Coffee: Brew your favorite coffee at double strength (more grounds, less water) and pour it over ice. It will dilute slightly, which is why the stronger brew helps. For extra flavor, chill your glass or use ice cubes made from leftover coffee.

• Cold Brew at Home: Use a 1:3 ratio of coarsely ground coffee to cold water. Stir to saturate, then steep in the fridge for 16–24 hours in a large jar or French press. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

• Pro Tip: Filtered water yields a smoother, cleaner-tasting brew.

• Storage: Iced coffee lasts 2–3 days in the fridge, while cold brew stays fresh for up to one week.
