Messiah Lifeways VP Weighs In on Breaking Court Ruling

CBS21 reporter Donna Kirker Morgan reached out to Messiah Lifeways on January 6 for a comment on a recent  Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruling that says lifetime bans on employment are unconstitutional. The Older Adults Protection Services Act had prohibited people with felony convictions from seeking employment in nursing homes and adult day care settings. Vice President Karl J. Brummer provided comments and highlighted the need to balance caution and care with the reality that we are in need of more people to work in a growing field.
