Connect with a real Social Network!

In this day and age of online friends and networking, a Connections membership redefines “face time” and “being social.” This age-in-place program offers a variety of unique benefits and services for those 55+, backed by a friendly social network and practical resources.

As part of the national Village-to-Village Network, Connections is a grassroots community of people 55 and better in the Capital Region who choose to help each other live longer and stronger in their own homes. With Connections, so much comes together...trusted help, friendship, social and learning opportunities, and a friendly place to turn when there is a need.

Join us for an upcoming information session and complimentary lunch with current members to learn more and become a member.
