Make the Move to our
2018 was a year of contrasts – from major events and big news stories to small, quiet efforts that make a difference. We hosted hundreds of visitors and guests for tours of Village Square, Hopewell, and Greenwood and Engle in January as these new spaces were opened. This very public opening led to record breaking registrations for the Pathways Institute for Lifelong Learning and robust registrations in our Wellness program! How rewarding it is to serve more of our neighbors who are 55 and better. Behind the scenes, in less public ways, our team worked hard at strategic planning, nursing renovations, and thinking about what the future of Mount Joy Country Homes could look like. Amidst it all, our mission is lived out. I hear story after story about team members who exceed expectations, who go above and beyond their job description to serve residents and clients with dignity and compassion. Whether our Enhanced Living enrichment professionals are taking veterans to the local airport for “dream flights” or Messiah Lifeways At Home professionals are cooking a homemade breakfast, our mission calls for us to do it all with Christ-like love.
As President & CEO, I’m grateful to the many persons who make Messiah Lifeways® the robust ministry it is today. Thank you for investing time, for giving of your skills and abilities, for making a difference. Our future is bright because of your partnership.
May God bless you!
Curt Stutzman, President & CEO
