Wellness Workouts

Get your daily dose of wellness with the Messiah Lifeways Wellness Team!

We are happy to share these 10 - 12 minute low-impact exercises that are simple to do in the comfort of your own home. Workouts range from balance and stability exercises, to kickboxing for older adults, and even a few mindfulness exercises. Each workout begins with a short warm-up.

These programs are broadcast daily on our in-house TV channel, MVTV, during the following times:

  • 8:00 am
  • 10:00 am
  • 1:30 pm
  • 3:30 pm
